Shipping Policy

Every Arcticvibe order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no codes, no surprise courier fees at checkout.
Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are picked, tested, and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm Central, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your distance from our US warehouse. Most Midwest and East Coast orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days; West Coast orders typically arrive in 5 to 7.
Taxes
Arcticvibe prices are tax free. The total at checkout is the total you pay.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If tracking shows delivered but your parcel is missing, check with household members and neighbors first, then email support@arcticvibe.online within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate it or replace the order.
