These Terms of Service govern your use of arcticvibe.online and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The Store

Arcticvibe operates arcticvibe.online, an online store selling Islamic prayer and daily-deen technology shipped within the United States. Product images are representative; slight color variation between screens and product is normal.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and tax free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors, with a full refund. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not at the moment of checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify's payment partners. We accept major cards and the wallet methods shown at checkout.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Free shipping applies to US orders. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier destination address you provided. See the Shipping Policy for timing details.

Returns

Our 30-day return policy is described in the Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product Warranty

Every device carries a 60-day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, in addition to your 30-day return rights. Damage from misuse, water beyond rated resistance, or unauthorized repair is not covered. Covered claims are replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcticvibe's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Cook County, Illinois, though we ask you to email support@arcticvibe.online first so we can make it right.
